At Hardwood Flooring Depot, we understand that returns are necessary and will accommodate such services when needed. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
   • Returns of 5 boxes or more are accepted but are subject to a 25%-30% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer's policy.

2. Error Reporting:

   • If there is a material shortage or an error in your order, you must report this within 3 business days of delivery.

3. Condition of Returns:

   • No damaged or open boxes will be accepted for returns.
   • All returns must be in their original packaging.

4. Refund Process:

   • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

   • We do not accept returns on accessories such as moldings, glue, oil, cleaners, pads, or underlayment. These items are classified as accessories and are not eligible for return.

6. Shipping Costs:

   • Clients are responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated fees.

7. Finality of Return Period:

   • We will not accept any returns after 15 days from the delivery date.

Warranty Information

• Manufacturer Responsibility: Hardwood Flooring Depot does not provide warranties or guarantees on flooring products. All warranties are the direct responsibility of the respective manufacturers. We will assist you in submitting any claims to the manufacturers.

• Installation Warranty: We do not offer services or warranties on behalf of manufacturers or other entities for the materials purchased. We highly recommend hiring licensed and certified installers for your products. Please retain copies of their invoices and license numbers for reference in case of issues.

• Product Availability: All products and prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee the availability of items listed on our website, as some products may be subject to production dates.
